The name "NovoSol" is derived from the Latin words, novo and solutio

novo: to make anew, refresh, revive, change, alter, invent.

Our Founder, has worked all around the world, in both North and South America, Asia Pacific and Europe. He managed a 40 person IT team as part of a $40 Million project required to design, develop and globally implement SAP's ERP HR software application. He has supported financial and HR systems in the Asia Pacific Region including business software development & deployment and training for 15 job sites and offices. He has successfully directed construction offices and campsite operations for a $600 Million copper extraction project in Chile. He is a Six Sigma Champion, CompTIA A+ Certified and fluent in Spanish.
