Members of our team have many years of experience providing technology-based business solutions to organizations of all sizes and helping achieve rapid, effective change. The combination of our in-depth business understanding and our technology expertise helps NovoSol implement technologies that can either integrate with or change your existing systems.
The name "NovoSol" is derived from the Latin words, novo and solutio
novo: to make anew, refresh, revive, change, alter, invent.

Our Founder, has worked all around the world, in both North and South America, Asia Pacific and Europe. He managed a 40 person IT team as part of a $40 Million project required to design, develop and globally implement SAP's ERP HR software application. He has supported financial and HR systems in the Asia Pacific Region including business software development & deployment and training for 15 job sites and offices. He has successfully directed construction offices and campsite operations for a $600 Million copper extraction project in Chile. He is a Six Sigma Champion, CompTIA A+ Certified and fluent in Spanish.
